Rates (in USD):
High Season, April-July and October-November: 2100/week or 350 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Mid Season, Dec-March and August-Sept: 1800/week or 300 per night.
Holiday rates (Christmas and New Years) 2500/week.
Rental Policies: 50 % deposit to reserve the space, not refundable within 30 days of arrival date. $1000 damage deposit, refundable within 2 weeks of departure assuming no damage. No pets, no smoking. Housekeeping and catering available for additional charge.
